BACKGROUND

Queensridge Medical Campus is an 18-acre, 250,000 square foot ground-up development medical office project. The campus is within a 1-mile radius of Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. The first phase of the project commenced in 2021 with a 70,000 square foot orthopedic ambulatory surgery center in partnership with Crovetti Orthopedics. The building will be operational in Q1 2023. Over the next 4 years, Prospect Street intends to continue ground-up development of 2 additional medical office buildings and 2 single user pads to the east of the Crovetti Orthopedics building. The firm has significant conviction that the Summerlin sub-market and the Las Vegas Valley’s continued population and economic expansion will lead to demand for high quality medical care.
